Bring inspiration, not instructions
A few photographs can help explain a tone, shape or level of brightness. Include anything you dislike as well. Your stylist can translate the idea into a plan for your own hair, taking your starting point into account.
Tell us the full hair story
Talk through previous salon colour, box dye, lightening, extensions and smoothing treatments. Mention any reactions to colour products and any concerns about your scalp or hair. That background helps your stylist decide which further checks or appointments are needed.
Agree what works for your life
Set out your budget, how often you want to return and the styling you are willing to do at home. Discuss the first appointment and any likely follow-up visits. Colour prices exclude toner, treatments and finishing. These are charged separately. Ask for the complete appointment quote before booking.
Leave knowing the next step
Before you book the colour appointment, confirm the service, stylist, salon, quote and time to allow. Our salon policy requires an Allergy Alert Test at least 48 hours before on-scalp colour or a significant colour change; the team will explain what you need to arrange.
