Start with your colour history
Tell us what has been applied to your hair, approximately when, and whether it was done at home or in a salon. Include dark dyes, bleach and any recent colour removers. Photos from before and after can be helpful. This gives your colourist a better starting point than a colour name alone.
What a correction may involve
Unwanted warmth, uneven bands and colour that feels too dark are different problems. A toner, a colour cleanse and a more extensive correction do different jobs. Your colourist will explain which services are relevant, what they are intended to change and how the appointment should be booked.
Allow room for a staged plan
A correction may be a process over several visits. The desired shade, existing colour and condition of the hair can limit what is sensible in one appointment. We will discuss those limits and an achievable first step. Please contact us before booking a routine colour slot for a complex correction.
Agree the cost before the work
The guide prices help you orient yourself, but they are not a fixed quote for every correction. Colour prices exclude toner, treatments and finishing, which are charged separately. Ask for the complete appointment quote and the cost of any follow-up visits. Your consultation is the place to decide whether the plan works for your budget and routine.
