It's designed as an introduction for new clients, and that's who it's for. It's bookable by anyone, but the value is in experiencing the salon for the first time.

Tell your stylist before you leave and we'll adjust it there and then. If anything isn't right afterwards, call us — we'll always put it right.

We ask for 48 hours' notice to change or cancel. A late cancellation voids the voucher, so please give as much notice as you can. Refunds are available within 5 days of purchase before any service is redeemed, or within 48 hours of booking.

No separate deposit. You buy the £60 voucher online up front, then apply your emailed code when you book.

It covers your consultation, cut, blow-dry and treatments — not a full colour service. You'll leave with a voucher towards your first colour (a skin test 48 hours to 6 months beforehand applies). All vouchers are valid for 12 months.
