What kind of balayage are you looking for?
Balayage describes a way of placing lightness, rather than one fixed blonde result. Bring photographs of the brightness, contrast and root softness you like. Your starting colour, previous colour and the condition of your hair will shape what is achievable. A half-head appointment and a full-head appointment cover different amounts of hair; your stylist can help you choose the right scope.
Balayage or highlights?
If you like softness at the root and lightness through the lengths, balayage may be a useful starting point. If you want more brightness close to the scalp, ask about highlights. Your colourist may combine techniques to suit your hair. You do not need to know the technical name before talking to us.
Plan the whole appointment
Colour prices exclude toner, treatments and finishing. These are charged separately. Discuss the lightening, toner, cut or blow-dry together. Our published menu separates services and packages, and your stylist can explain the complete cost and the time needed. Tell us about any box dye, previous bleaching or treatments, even if they were some time ago.
Think about the weeks after your visit
Tell your stylist how often you want to return and how much styling you do at home. Root placement, tone and contrast should work with that routine. Ask which homecare products suit your colour and whether your next appointment should be a toner, a partial refresh or more extensive colour.
