Please contact us within seven days where reasonably possible. Where a complimentary refinement is appropriate, we aim to arrange it within fourteen days of hearing from you, or agree the safest reasonable timing. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

What is the Signature Ritual Cut in Bristol?
The Signature Ritual Cut is FDH’s senior-led haircutting and personalised care appointment for new and returning clients. It includes consultation, cut or restyle, treatment and a polished finish at our Clifton and Stoke Bishop salons.
How do I choose the best hairdresser in Bristol for my cut?

Yes. Our team’s work includes precision bobs, textured crops, pixies and shorter grey hairstyles. Your consultation is about your hair, your preferences and your routine; there is no age limit on a particular style. Colour and grey blending are separate services.

No. The Signature Ritual is for clients who value senior cutting expertise and personalised care, whatever their length. Bobs and shorter shapes show the attention to line, texture and balance that we bring to our work.
How much does the Signature Ritual cost?
The complete appointment is £125 with our selected senior team or £145 with Fergal. This includes consultation, personalised intensive and appropriate bond-building care, your cut or restyle, blow-dry and home-care guidance. Colour and glossing are separate services. Allow around 90 minutes.
Who will look after me?
The Signature Ritual is reserved for selected senior stylists and Fergal. It is not a graduate-stylist appointment. At Clifton, choose Becks, Brandon, Maisie, Florence or Fergal. At Stoke Bishop, choose Beth, Jonni, Shayla, Sophie, Florence or Fergal. Availability varies; SalonIQ shows the eligible team for your chosen salon.
How is it different from the New Cut Experience?
The Signature Ritual is our senior-led cutting and care appointment, for new and returning clients. The £60 New Cut Experience is a separate first-visit introduction with its own inclusions and eligibility.
