We want your first visit to feel exciting, not complicated. Here’s everything you need to know before booking:
Booking Your Experience
• The New Cut Experience must be purchased online in advance.
• Please mention it when booking your appointment.
• It’s available with selected stylists only and subject to availability.
• We release a limited number each month.Cancellations & Changes
We completely understand that plans change.
• We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in the appointment being charged or the package being marked as used.
• Arriving late may reduce your appointment time.(Our full cancellation policy applies to all package bookings.)
Refunds
• You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund, as long as no appointment has been booked or redeemed.
• Once any part of the experience has been booked or used, it becomes non-refundable.
