  • This package is designed exclusively for clients who are new to colour at Fergal Doyle Hair, with natural regrowth no longer than 1.5 inches. It’s not suitable for first-time bleaching, colour corrections, or previously coloured hair.By purchasing this package, you agree to the following terms:

    Eligibility

    • Valid for natural, uncoloured regrowth only (max 1.5 inches)

    • Not valid for:

      • Previously coloured or bleached hair

      • Virgin lightening

      • Colour correction services

    • Strictly one package per client

    Booking & Voucher Use

    • Package must be purchased online in advance

    • You’ll receive a voucher code by email to use when booking at fergaldoylehair.com or over the phone

    • Appointments must be booked with selected stylists only

    Skin Test Requirement

    • An in-salon skin sensitivity test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment

    • No skin test = no appointment and voucher forfeited

    • This is essential for your safety and required by law

    • Upgrades are chargeable and ideally pre-booked, though may be added on the day if time allows

    • Regrowth beyond 1.5 inches may require an upgrade or different service

    • Vouchers included with this package:

      • Are valid only with selected stylists

      • Are non-exchangeable and non-transferable (unless bought as a gift)

      • Must be used by the named client, for the specified service only

    Cancellations & Refunds

    • 48 hours’ notice required to reschedule or cancel

    • Missed or late-cancelled appointments = voucher forfeited

    • Refunds available within:

      • 5 days of purchase (if no services redeemed), or

      • 48 hours after booking (via email to hello@fergaldoylehair.com)
